Does the Panasonic GS400 have LANC?

I know it comes with it's own external controller, but does it support LANC? I found a nice tripod with a controller but it requires LANC to work.

The PV-GS400 has an S-Video jack, a FireWire port and a USB jack. The camcorder shares the microphone jack with the magic wand and shares the headphone jack with the AV in / out jack. The reason that the PV-GS400 loses points in this area is because of this sharing, and they do not have a dedicated control protocol like LANC, which would make it a much more professional camcorder.
