Does Vegas have a 24p "flag" for 24p DVDs?

If one shoots in 24p and wants to produce a 24p DVD, is there a 24p "flag" in the MC Mpeg-2 encoder to tell DVD players feeding an older TV set with analog only inputs to convert to 29.97 interlaced ie: (3:2) pulldown for the player's analog outputs?

Adobe and Apple both do this without forcing a re-encode later. Do Vegas and DVDA do this as well?

as far as I know, DVDA support 24p DVD's with no issues. You just need to change the project properties to 24p for the menus to work.

Yes, the DVD Architect 24p setting has the correct pulldown flag set. Just modify the bitrate to suit your needs, set the DC Coefficient to 10-bit, and for better stream compatibility tic the render to separate elementary streams checkbox. On my computer it plays back as 23.976p but I can cut it in to a 29.97 stream or play it back on a set top player without issue.

Edit: curiously, the Blu-ray preset does not have the pulldown flag set. I haven't messed with it because it just works.
