Does VF have an edit list?

Just wondering if VF has a hidden feature that allows you to edit with an edit list rather than timeline. This is very useful if you are doing stop motion amongst other things.

Question for you: What program do you use to do stop motion capture?

I used to do it by cut and splice hand methods and then AVID. However, an edit list where you can simply specify each cut as 5 frames or whatever is a boon. I know Studio 7 has this, but since it reluctant to even open and I have paid for VF I was just hoping.
