Does VMS support menus & chapters?

Can Vegas Movie Studio be used to create a DVD with menus and chapters?

Or - Is there an inexpensive or public domain app that could burn a DVD which used movies created with VMS to burn the DVD?

Absolutely. To create chapters you must create markers (hit M) in Vegas. DVD Architect will recognise them and automatically generate chapters. Use DVD Architect to create and burn dvds. It is part of the package but must be installed separately.
