Does VV3 support s-video output to external monitor?

I have a s-video output card on my computer and I was wondering if it is possible to view my video on a external monitor using the s-video output card. Does VV3 support this?

No.

S-video to an external monitor is possible, but you must go through 1394 to a DV -> A/V converter first.
