I use two of the Yamaha DSP Factiry cards with Vegas and they
work fine. I am not, however, able to use the onboard DSP that the
Yamaha cards offer because Vegas does not access those capabilities --
Vegas sees the cards as "dumb" 4-in 8-out sound cards. I have heard
that the mini-app "LUI" (http://www.simmonsinteractive.com/) is able
to allow Vegas (or similar recorder/editors) to address the powerful
EQ, dynamics processing, etc. built into the Yamaha card.
Good luck.
