did anybody try dolby e vst plugin (from minetonka) in vegas 9 or 10?
does it even works in vegas?
i couldn't find any info about it.

If it's a VST plugin , then there is no reason that it shouldn't work. Maybe unless there is some midi-control component, which I doubt,
