For me at least one of the greatest features that got added to Vegas was the Force I Frames At Markers option. One thing I've noticed when building complex DVDs with multiple exit points is the player will/may stop at the last I frame. If the specified endpoint isn't an I frame then you can get some uglies like a brief freeze in the middle ot a fade as the player seeks the next clip. Adding a marker at the end of the fade and using the Force I frame option seems to fix this problem.

Just so I don't get confused when adding chapters I name these markers "Delete" for any that I don't need as chapter points.
