Don't know how to fit my mask to the screen/window!

I need help, I want to make it so a part of my video fits to the screen, but I don't know how to fit the mask I have to the screen! Can anyone please help me with this.

Consider using the Pan/Crop tool to select a part of the video on the timeline to display in the Preview window.
