Hi guys,

I just bought online Vegas Platinum 10 HD production Suite.
I did not manage to download the following 2 files:

1. Sountracks
2. Video tutorials

The download was always slowing down and finally interrupted (but my PC connection is quite fast).
This weird system to limit the number of download retry to 3 attempts only now left me with 0 download.
Am I the only one to experience this problem ?
Does anybody have already faced the same situation and can suggest how to do?
Of course I already contacted the customer service, but I got no answer yet.

Kind of annoying to buy something and not being able to get it...
