Drag audio files to multiple tracks

When ever I drag multiple audio files to the timeline, they always appear one after the other one a single track. When working on multitrack projects, I'd like to be able to drag multiple files and have them each appear on their own track. Is there a way to do that? I'd rather not have to drag each one individually to a separate track...

Select files. Then Right-Click and drag. Once you release, a dialog will appear enabling you to Add Across Tracks.

The events can also be moved vertically from track-to-track with the numerical Up-Down arrow keys (8 and 2).
