Drag cursor play head without hearing audio

I'm working in Vegas Pro 17 Edit. I hear the audio when I drag the cursor play head. I went to preferences and "allow edit cursor to be dragged" is already enabled. I don't want to have to mute the audio tracks in order to line up the cursor where I want it with the video. Where do I find a preference for this issue?

Ctrl+Alt DRAG - No audio.

With me without setting anything it is normal behaviour when I drag with my mouse I don't hear a sound. Look

If you click on the head of the cursor and drag, it will scrub the audio. If you click on the stem and drag, it will not.

j-v - It was normal behavior for me in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16.0, but the cursor is behaving differently in the upgrade to Pro. Ctrl+Alt to drag works in my program. Thanks to both of you!
