I guess I'm not understanding the question. Is it a monologue where the voice is "inside your head" sort of thing? If so, that's a touch of flange, delay, and pitch modulation mixed in with the dry sound. I've got a few WAVES presets in a chain that I use. You can do it with the Sony plugs too, but there are much better outside/third party tools.
inside the head sound = person talking over things happening in the past with a slight echo or something. I'll check the audio FX and see what I can do. Thanks
I'd add some bass to the sound to simulate the occlusion effect you get when you hear your own voice resonate through your skull.
A small bit of reverb could also help.
