I'm trying to read tracks off a cd into cd architect. After settin up my drive manually (sony crx 100e) when i open read audio and select the track to read, i click ok and keep getting this error that the drive has recieved an illegal command. I've tried several different computers at our office and keep getting this message, whats the deal? no other programs are running, thanks
