Drop Shadow Emboss set to Zero is broken. Vegas Pro 19 Build 381

My youtube OP has Drop Shadows used, and today I was changing it and my images that use shadows were corrupted.
(LayerDimensionality FX plug in, stock vegas plug in)
I uninstalled and reinstalled Vegas, and the problem is still there.
I messed with the dials and noticed if I set Emboss Foreground and setting it to .001 fixes the corruption, but it doesn't fix the underlying issue.

Today I reinstalled my media player, my codecs, and updated my video driver and went to do some alterations and noticed this problem.
Could this be an issue with updating a video driver?
