Drop shadow on individual clip

Being the Vegas newby still. I have another question.

Is there a way to put a drop shadow on an individual clip without going to "Track motion" ?

I'm trying to put a drop shadow only on one particular clip on that track without effecting the other clips on that track??? I'm sure there is some simple solution.

I haven't been able to find a preset which puts a drop shadow on a clip.

There is no way to do this that I have found in my years with Vegas, though it would be nice. You could do it in other ways but that would require the addition of a track. So you're better off inserting a new track for your one event (clip) and adding shadow via track motion.
