I've been asked if Vegas "provides for dual monitor support with the client monitor." Have checked the online help files, so far I haven't been able to find anything.
I am not sure what you are asking, but here is what I have with Vegas. Two RGB (computer monitors) for spreading out my work space, and a TV Monitor for viewing output at the same time. Any one of those monitors can have a splitter on it to duplicate it.
Many Vegas users run dual-monitors for the workspace/desktop and preview out to NTSC & PAL through 1394... this is the recommended setup. If you have a client's desk sitting separately from the editing-station, you can always loop out of the editor's monitor into the client's.
Thanks for the clarification. That's just what I was looking for. I've learned that too many people use the same words/phrases to describe different things. Just wanted to make sure we were all singing from the same page.
