i know vegas hasn't anything to do with tv out on a video card but as i'm thinking of replacing my aging video card:

if i want a rough time code copy out for a client - how would i go about it? play the avi in media player or the like to get out put from card. (obviously i'd drop a tc plug-in on the vegas time line...)
