duplicate images

in movie studio how can i locate duplicate images in my timeline. or is there a way to set it up that when i pull an image out of the bin it removes it from that bin

Okay, I spent 15 minutes putting this together.

btw, the tut is for Vegas Pro - I assume it also works for Movie Studio.
