I am fooling around with a video and I have applied a "flash (yellow flash)" transition on a clip with a solid white background on the track below, and I have noticed at its middle point the transition looks like blownout over exposed film and I would like to duplicate this look for an entire clip. Glow doesn't do it (at least the ways I have tried)
So is there anyway to either apply and hold the transition at a certain point indefinetly or duplicate this look exactly using a combinaition of other effects?
