DV Output flickers

I have captured some clips from my Digital 8 Camcorder with the Video Capture Utility of Vegas Video. When printing them directly with this utility back to the camcorder, it works fine. But if I create a Vegas Video project and insert only one clip, printing it to camcorder creates much flickering.

Any Idea?

Did you try setting blurring to 'none' in the project settings -> video tab -> advanced tab (lower right)?

Sure, I did.

Meanwhile I have created a completely new project and used the same clips. Here it seems to work. But I cannot find any significant differences in the project settings.
The output of the "wrong" project seems like the order of the frame fields is wrong, but I have tried all field order settings.
I think I have to rebuild the whole project. Or is there a chance to copy project settings from a new project to an existing?

did you capture DV over 1394, render using a DV template, and output DV back out 1394...

or is a different process/hardware involved?

In both cases I used the DV same template. The clips were recorded from DV over 1394 and output was also over 1394 onto DV.
