DV video flicker when velosity slowed down

When I slow a video clip's playback down and print it to DV tape, it flickers like an old movie. Everything else looks great except any video I slow down. Is there a setting I need to adjust on these clips?

Any ideas?

Do you have any filetrs inserted in the events, tracks or preview output?
