Ok... So how big is a dvi file? Just wondering. It's fine cause I could just take my external harddrive over. I'll see if their program recompesses the files or not. If it doesn't then it shouldn't lose any quality, right? Thanks!

An AVI-DV file is roughly 13GB per hour of video.
If you capture AVI-DV and render to AVI-DV you shouldn't notice any quality losss....it's just when you go to something like MPEG, or Windows media that is more compressed that you lose a lot of quality.
