no. You need a DVCPro deck. Many TV stations (i believe) have them, so depending on if a local station has one, they can dub it for you.

Some of the Sony decks can actually play back the "L" size DVCPRO25 cassettes. However, I don't think your camcorder can (it only accepts the miniDV size cassettes). Playback of DVCPRO25 cassettes is slightly sketchy, as the deck produces dropouts until it gets to the right speed. That takes several seconds.

Certainly you could get the tape dubbed.
