DVCPro50 / HD Support

So... what about it Sony?

I currently shoot and edit Z1U and DVX100a footage in Vegas 6.0(c).

My next camera will be the Panasonic HVX200, but I have some real concerns that Vegas does not currently plan to support DVCPro50 / HD internally.

Your request aside---why would anyone preorder a camera that hasn't even been thoroughly evaluated by professional shooters. I could never understand that. It might turn out that the HX is fantastic---but then again, it might turn out that is isn't. Just interested in the way people make purchase decisions.
