DVD-A Color sets not working!??

This is the first time I'm actually trying to author a DVD with Menus that the client has provided in DVD-A. I usually use Sonic Fusion but they need a PAL dvd that I can't make in there.
For some reason when I set the color sets to certain colors that the client wants...they don't take. They look fine in the preview, but as soon as I burn a disc they are diffrent colors. The client has a menu with arrows that they want to change to a red color when you roll over them. I set the red color, looks fine in preview and fine when I burn the disc. I set the second color set to a teal color for the acticvated color and change the activated color to be the second color set. No matter what color I change that too it looks fine in the preview, but as soon as I burn the disc it is always yellow no matter what the color is set to!
Anyone have any ideas?? I am using the lastest version as well 3.0c

When you change a color set, make sure you set Mode to Blend Colors. If you don't, it will only change one of the four colors. This may not be the solution to your problem, but it is a mistake that many people make.

If you leave Mode set to Specify Colors you will have more control, but you'll have to change each of the four colors, for each color set you want to change.

Unfortunately that didn't work...before I had them set to specify color...and I just switched it to blend and burned another test disc and it is still doing the same thing. It's just so strange that the rollover color will chage to whatever I want and work fine but the activated wont.

You said it looks OK in DVDA preview, but not on burned DVD. Do you have a software player on your computer, so you can check the result, after it has been prepared, but before you take the time to create the DVD?

Also, you usually need to change not only Color Set 1, but Color Set 2 as well.

Yeah, in the preview the colors are just as I want them. Then I burn a disc and check it in both a set top player and on the computer and on both the selected color is yellow instead of the teal that I specified. I have color set one as the red for the rollover and color set 2 as the teal for the activated state. Under the general tab I have the selected state set to color set one and I have the activated state set to color set 2. I've even tried to change the second one to color set 3 and 4 but that didn't make a diffrence either.

There was a very similar thread about 7-10 days ago. Search around and see if you can find it. I can't remember what the resolution was, but the problem was similar in that the color on the TV didn't match at all what was being seen on the monitor. Sorry, I don't have the link handy.
