DVD-A4 highlight bug (from psd file) ?

In DVD-A 4.0a, when I choose “Insert Menu from File (PSD)”, the named layers “button-xx-highlight” are not automatically attributed to Custom in the highlight option(it stay on Rectangle). Can somebody repro this ?

ps: the same PSD file work fine with DVD-A3
