DVD Arch procedure question

A 30-min program I was rendering stopped in the middle. I am now rendering the second part. How do I combine them into one in DVD Architect? That is, I insert two media clips and have two buttons. How do I combine this into one "play button" so the two parts play as one clip?

Look at "End Action" for each of the media segments.
