I have found out Using DVD architect 3.0b Build 123 and it is consistent, when you render DV file with DVD architect at 89th frame the quality goes bad, each and every time

1. Both screenshots are at best preview you can see on the bottom 720x480x32 29.97i, project matches Preview. I have noticed that after putting VTS files rendered from DV by DVD architect in EXACTLY 89th FRAME of the file it goes down to LOWER QUALITY, I TRIED IT WITH BOTH CANOPUS AND MICROSOFT DV FILES same thing.
2. Vegas allows me to take screenshots of the preview, WMPlayer doesn't besides WMPlayer always plays the lowe quality. Bottom line what I see in vegas is what I see on TV with a STANDALONE DVD PLAYER.
3. Bitrate has nothing to do with what is happening here, these are static titles, I have bitrate set at 5.3Mbps since I am trying to fit 1:47min on DVD.
4. DVD architect recompresses the DV files and those are messed up (after 89th frame). When using MPEG files created either by VEGAS (I like them more, a lot higher quality at lower bitrates than Canopus SOftencoder) or Canopus DV storm I notice no such artifacting both viewing VTS files in VEGAS or on TV with STANDALONE DVD PLAYER.
