DVD Architect HOWTO: Link files

My typical DVD project starts with a 2-hour VHS tape which I capture to AVI. Since I'm using Win98, this gets chopped into 19-minute/4.1GB chunks which must then be reassembled in order to watch the whole program.

It looks like DVD Architect allows me to make each portion into a "single-movie" object, with chapters inside it. But when it gets to the end of playing the file, it goes back to the menu.

I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to combine more than one file into one "single-movie" object?

2. Is it possible to tell DVD Architect that when it gets done playing one file, it should go on to the next file instead of going back to the menu?

Thank you.

Depending on disk space, I would imagine the workflow might go something like this: Capture your video/audio in 2 - 4 gig sequences, import them into VV4 & do whatever editing, create your mpeg2 file for the video (assuming one movie for example), then import that mpeg2 into DVDA to author your DVD.

That would be to me the simplest, but you should also be able to take the approach of using chapter buttons for each section, then basically telling DVDA to create a DVD where after one plays, go to chapter 2 etc.
