DVD Architect not booting up

I used a demo of DVD Architect/Platinum, then purchased Sony Platinum package online from Sony
The Sony Platinum 9 and the Sound Forge boot up and run but the DVD Architect just gives me the Buy now window/demo has expired
I removed the demos from the system....
There is no way to input my serial number anywhere...
Can anybody help?
I have sent an email in to Support but have not heard back 24hrs later..

I find it inconceivable that Sony could not help me out here, having been 48hrs since I sent an email, and faxed twice.
Such a simple answer...
I will be leary of Sony products in the future if I cannot get decent support...
