DVD ARCHITECT plante pour un fichier trop gros (15 G0)

Après plusieurs tentatives je n'arrive pas à graver de gros fichiers (long métrage 15Go) avec DVD Architect, pour générer des fichiers TS_VIDEO et TS_AUDIO, j'ai essayé SUTTER ENCODER, idem après une nuit de travail je le découvre au main planté à 73%!..., les autres proposent tous des versions d'essai avec filigrane et je veux pas acheter les yeux bandés.Quelqu'un peut il me conseiller un LOGICIEL de GRAVURE qui fonctionne pour des gros fichiers mp4? J'ai même réduit le mp4 15Go en 4G0 avec handbrake.

You seem to be missing the point of trial versions. A trial version is meant for you to trial the product and see if it meets your expectations. Even if the trial version renders successfully but with a watermark, you should then know that the purchased version will render the same way but without the watermark. A trial version's very aim is not making the purchase a 'blindfolded' purchase.

That you have mentioned TS_VIDEO and TS_AUDIO and 4 GB suggests that you are looking at a DVD burn (max size 4.7 GB for a single layer DVD disc) rather than a Blu-Ray burn which typically results using DVDA as an ISO file (in my experience anyway).

It's been a very long time since I used DVDA to burn to the DVD format, but I somewhat recall that imported video into DVDA for a DVD burn needed to be in the MPEG-2 format. Of course, I could be wrong.

Cette déclaration n'a aucun sens dans ce contexte, car vous n'avez pas indiqué le débit binaire du "long métrage de 15 Go" ni la durée d'exécution du contenu que vous souhaitez graver sur un disque optique.

Un logiciel de création de disque tel que DVD Architect réencodera tout ce qui se trouve dans votre ou vos fichiers source, à moins que vous ne le rendiez d'abord sur des flux élémentaires compatibles DVD ou Blu-ray. Dans ce cas, DVD Architect transmettra les fichiers sans encodage et configurera le support dans un format standard pour le type de disque sélectionné.

De ma chaise, je peux voir des centaines de disques DVD-Vidéo et de disques Blu-ray que j'ai gravés avec succès avec DVD Architect (et DVDit Pro HD avant lui). Tout au long du chemin, j'ai dû connaître un peu les normes de type de disque et le processus de création.

This statement is meaningless in this context since you didn't state the bit rate of the "15GB feature film" or the run time of the content that you want to burn on to an optical disc.

  • Please state the run time.

Disc authoring software such as DVD Architect will re-encode whatever is in your source file(s) unless you render to DVD or Blu-ray compliant elementary streams first. In that case, DVD Architect would pass the files through without encoding and configure the media into a standard format for the selected disc type.

From my chair, I can see hundreds of DVD-Video discs and Blu-ray discs that I burned successfully with DVD Architect (and DVDit Pro HD before it). All along the way, I had to know a little about the standards for disc type and the process for creating it.

Merci pour ce retour, ok plus de précisions: le fichier source est un fichier *.mp4 (faudrait il passer par un logiciel source comme Shutter Encoder pour fournir à DVD architect du MPeg en entrée?..) et je constate qu'au bout de plusieurs heures (5 environ) DVD Architect sature et reste scotché à un seuil constant et là j'annule tout. Croyez vous réellement qu'il n'y a pas de LIMITE de TAILLE à ce que peut faire DVD Architect? Sinon avez vous un logiciel le plus simple possible mais EFFICACE! (pas tellement besoin de l'Authoring qu'apporte DVD A) pour simplement graver un fichoer mp4 sur un DVD en gravant des fichiers TS-AUDIO et TS-VIDEO lisibles par un lecteur DVD de salon ou une TV de salon. Pour répondre à la question DVD ou BLURAY j'ai fait les 2 expériences et elles ont toutes les 2 échoué!

merci pour votre retour, alors ok le seul logiciel qui a réussi à faire le job et je sais bien qu'une version test garde un filigrane mais je veux profiter de l'expérience de chacun pour etre sur qu'il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée car je veux graver un gros fichier source de 15Go quand même! donc c'est RENEEVIDEOEDITOIR qui a fait le job en trial sur un mp4 de 1Go...
