DVD Architect says key has already been used

Hello all, I am brand new to the forum and new to Movie Studio. I purchased Vegas Pro 21 which I have been using for a short time now. After realizing that the only way you could have DVD Architect to create menus using Vegas, I had to purchase a copy of an earlier version of Vegas that came with it. So, I found a site (SoftwareCW) where I purchased Movie Studio 14 which included DVD Architect. I downloaded the suite, putting in the only Key that I was given that started with a "P". The suite took the key just fine. However when I went to go load up DVD Architect it also told me I needed to put in a key, and the only key I received did not work as it gave error code of -14 and said the serial number I used is invalid and may have been used with another program. It worked just fine on Movie Studio, but I am thinking maybe it was supposed to have came with a separate key for DVD Architect? I looked back through my email where I made the purchase and there is only 1 key in there. I cannot get a response from the software company that I purchased from. Any ideas?

Your thinking is correct. DVDA is a separate programme and has its own serial number (key).

Hmm :( I just went back through the only email I received from them and there is only one key to activate the software suite. The suite shows DVD Architect checked when I go to install the whole suite, so this is kinda frustrating as I have email them and never received a response back. The only help I could attempt to get sent me here. Not sure what else to do.

When you activated VP21 you created a Magix account. Go to it at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/. Provided you used the same email address with VMS16 you may find DVDA there and its serial number. But I'm not certain as DVDA may only appear after you have activated it.

I didn't see it. However, I was able to find a contact form finally on the site I purchased the software from, so I just submitted my issue there to see if maybe they can help me resolve it. If I get it resolved I will post back here what they were able to do. Thank you for your help!
