DVD Authoring programs

I've been trying DVD-Lab and it is not working very well. The chapter points don't work reliably and I'm not about to shell out $100 for this.

What are my alternatives??

Try Ulead Movie Factory. You can download a fully functional version (3.0) on their web page.
