DVD burn doesn't match Prep

I set up the menu titles and operation on my project just the way I want them and save it. It works perfectly on the preview. After prepping and burning the DVD though, when I put it in my SONY BD player, the menu titles are listed as Title 1, Title 2, and Title 3. Also, it doesn't open up to my menu screen. Any idea what would be causing this? Is it something on the DVD player or is it in the file structure of the DVD?

Thanks

Hard to say without seeing your project.

Is it possible to post a screen capture of your Project Overview window (the one in the upper left of the interface)?

Actually Steve I got most of it settled. I had set the items on the tree on the left in the order I wanted them to appear and I thought that set the Object Order. In looking around though, I found the Object Order dialog and it was set exactly how the disc was playing.

On the other item, I didn't have the Menu set up as the Start point. So, when the DVD player played it, it just opened up to the PLAYER menu options which showed a DVD then Title 1, Title 2, Title 3. Once I set the Menu as the Start point when I inserted the DVD that showed up first. But, when I stopped playing one of the selections it still goes back to the player menu screen that shows T1, T2, and T3.

For a photo of the player issue go to: http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff248/MikeA57/DVD%20Issue/20140208_084340_zps1efe4cd3.jpg

Thanks!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that this is a multi-format disc. It's got a video file, an audio file, and a photo compilation. I thought that might have an impact on what I'm seeing on the TV.

If you have .jpg or some such similar files at root of your DVD disc and your set-top can play still-frames then that will open.
That is why if you are making an extras hybrid DVD/DVD-ROM that has photos then those should be buried inside a folder at the disc root. other file types like .doc or .pdf will not affect set-top player use.
