I entered to multimedia Vegas option for burning dvd's but I have to send the
signal to a Pioneer external burner but I didn't find an aditional option drive to burn the disc in other item than the internal one. Has the Vegas Multimedia CD option a possibility to burn a DVD in other drive than the inernal?

Any burner connected before Vegas is open, should show up in the list. I regularly use an external DVD burner on my laptop since it only burns CD's internally.
You 've probably got your prefs pointint to the internal.
Go to Options/Prefs/CD Settings and select the external burner.
If your burner isn't showing up, try closing Vegas, removing your 1394 driver in control panel, and then letting Windows find it again.
You should then see the burner in Vegas.

Are you trying to...

a) Render a video with Vegas and burn to DVD with another program;
b) Burn a Video CD with Vegas;
c) Burn a DVD with Vegas?

You post sounds like you're trying to do option C, which is impossible. Vegas doesn't burn DVDs. If you're trying to option B, then make sure you're using a blank CDR rather than a blank DVD. If you're trying to do option A, what DVD authoring program are you using?
