DVD Burning

OK, let me apologize in advance for repeating a topic, but I've done the search and still cxn't find the answer to my question although I may be asking the wrong question!

I just got the new Sony DRX-500UL DVD/CD burner. Can someone please tell me (or point me in the right direction) if I can use the MyDVD (Ver. 4.0) software to burn my already rendered VV projects?

yes but first encode it to mpeg2.

If you get ULEAD DVD Workshop you can bring in files in AVI, MPEG2, MPEG1, and burn to DVD with almost unlimited menus, buttons, Clips and Chapter points. I imagine that at some point Vega will include a DVD burner plugin.

Thanks for the assist! I was able to burn a DVD without ANY hassles with MyDVD Version 4. In fact, it was amazingly easy and fast!

Does Vegas allow for the full capability of the DRX-500UL for burning CD's (at 24x), or is it limited to 12x recording?
