DVD buttons playing alternative videos and worst

The set-up: I rendered and burned a large project using DVDA 2. There are more than 100 video files and many subtitles on this DVD. I scaled back to bitrate of 6.9 mbps and took up 4 gigs on the disc of DVD-R 4.7 gig. There are no broken links or video error messeges on the Description when I go to Prepare and Burn. No errors shown of any type revealed.

NOW when I play this DVD in certain (not all) consumer DVD players and some DVD software based players, when you click play on a video, the disc jumps you to another video in a completely different submenu. I checked all of the end actions and they are fine. ALSO in some players, the dics literally locks up the player where I have to unplug and and re-plug to remove the disc.

As a precaution, I re-built the entire project from the ground floor on a separate PC but using the same rendered AVI and WAV files.

While trying to mass produce using a Bravo, I get a TS_Video and TS_Audio format error?

Has anyone experienced this?

Could there be a corrupt media file?
Could it be because I used DVDA to burn?
I am almost positive it is not the media because I have tried a variety of different brands.
I do not have a clue? Would someone please help.

Thanx.

An Update. I re-rendered using DVDA 2 but did not burn it. I down loaded Copy to DVD software and tried to burn the Audio and Video file using the new burning software. I am getting a NOT COMPATABLE error with the video file.

Has anyone experienced this?

Anyone?

You may be running into an issue with the number of video files you have. Try creating a project that's similar but with a handful of files (say 10) and see if you still have the same issues.
