DVD compatability issue

Greetings all. I have captured and edited movie footage with Vegas 3.0, thru a DAC-100. All of that worked fine. I then used DVD Complete, from Dazzle, for the authoring. This also seemed to work fine. I then transfered my work to DVD via Padus software thru a Pioneer DVR-100 DVD writer. The disc that I created is not compatable with several home DVD players I have tried it in. Is it something I did incorrectly? The software I used? I rendered it as a MPEG file in Vegas. Please Help!!

I also use VV3 and DVD Complete, and have had problems with only 1 pretty old DVD player. Since you used DVD Complete to prepare the DVD, I would assume that your file formats are Ok, and the problem lies either with the set top players (although perhaps unlikely since you said it happens on several). What kind of media are you using? I'm not familiar with the burner you mentioned. Why didn't you burn it with DVD Complete?

I burn DVD's with DVD Complete all the time. No problems except in a first generation Toshiba player. Not familiar with Padus? What is that? Have you tried using DVD Complete to author AND burn your DVD?
