DVD-like product for portable device

i have produced a few training DVDs, in which the trainee chooses a clip from a menu and the clip plays continuously until the trainee decides to go back and choose a new exercise. i have been asked to make the DVDs available for portable devices. as far as i know, portable devices do not play DVDs. one option could be to generate a bunch of html for the menus and drive the mp4 clips from there. alternatively, someone has suggested i use http://www.digitalworkshop.com/products/opus-pro.shtml. are these viable options? is there any other option i am not aware of?

thanks in advance

There are plenty of portable DVD players available. Just Google.

All the portable DVD players I have looked at have poor screen resolution, but that doesn't seem to worry many people. The poor text resolution of the title and any subtitles annoyed me most. That may be an issue with the material you plan to present.

I bought a portable Blu-ray player so that I could watch DVDs at full DVD resolution, but they seem to be no longer being made.

Wondershare will play DVD menu/foder structure on Android, but that's not the problem.
DVDs occupy a huge amount of space on your device or card, and so mp4 with chapters is your best bet. Keep your files under 2 GB, and SD Widescreen looks fine on phones and tablets.
