DVD made by DVD Arch.3 does not play on PC

I successfully created a Double Layer DVD by DVD Architect 3.

It plays on my DVD player and I can watch it, but it cannot be played on my computer.
It says, please insert the disk in the D: drive.

When I use any regular double layer DVD movies from store, my computer plays it.

Am I missing any steps when I use DVD Architect 3?

Please help
Thanks

Presumably this isn't the same PC that was used to create the DVD?

Older DVD drives may not recognize DL media (this is an issue with many standalone players as well). Your firmware on the drive may not be up to date - i've got a laptop that won't see a DVD in the drive unless it boots with the DVD in the drive. If it boots without a DVD in the drive, then it won't "see" a DVD inserted later.

It could be a -R only drive and you've put a +R DL disk in it (less likely as many drives for the last few years have been dual format).

I replaced my DVD drive and it started to work.
Thanks Scott!!!
