DVD menu is jitterry

Why is that the text and the thumbnails on my DVD menu are jitterry (flickering).

I know that in a Vegas montage, the text is rendered as progressive even though the output field can be interlaced.

I have managed to reduced the jitter effect by resising the thumbnails and texts, but it is time consuming.
Is there something that I am not doing right?

There have been posts about this problem before, no one has come up with any settings or options to fix this that I am aware of. The work around that is always given is to choose font style and size carefully. Thicker blocky fonts will flicker less then fonts with thin features, and a larger font size can help.

Hopefully anti flicker options will be part of a future update.

If anyone has found a solution for this, let us know!
