DVDA 7 - Randomly not playing 3D Video when selected

I am authoring a very basic 3D blu-ray but have a recurring problem which I am struggling to resolve. On Windows 11, DVDA Build 100, 128GB Ram, i7 CPU, nVidia GPU.

The disc contains 3 x 3D AVC files + WAV Audio. These are: a feature film, a 3d minute documentary and a short trailer.

All playback when clicked on my desktop PC (Using VLC) and it also works as expected on my Sony Blu-ray player.

My Panasonic 4K Bluray player plays the film and the doc when clicked but when clicking the button to to play the trailer the screen switches to black as if it's going to play, delays for 10-15 seconds then reverts back to the menu.

I have re-authored disc multiple times making random changes starting from re-authoring from scratch, right through to re-rendering everything from Vegas, joining video files and using chapter markers...well just about everything I could think of. I've spent 3 days doing this and I finally have a disc that plays but there's almost no difference from this and the first disc I authored. This has now happened on two projects so I am becoming concerned that I cannot guarantee that I can author a simple single menu disc.

I'm not new to this, having authored discs for many years, it feels like there's something new that's wrong but I cannot pinpoint it and Build 100 has been installed for as long as I can remember.

So my question is: Are there known issues with DVDA authored BDR Discs and 4K Players?

Is there any workaround?

If it works on the BluRay and not the 4k then obviously the disk is fine. I would look at compatiblity of the 4k player and burned disk. Also maybe the quality or brand of disk could be something to check out. But if it works on one, then the authoring is not the problem.
