DVDA and Canopus' *.m2v files

I've just rendered a file with the new Canopus Procoder 2.0 as *.m2v. The file is absolutely perfect. Properties: 720x480; 4:3. Although the file plays well with my Windows Media Player, DVDA recognizes the file as 16:9. After demuxing the m2v file with TMPGENC, DVDA shows the real size on the screen. Does anybody have any idea WHY DVDA is behaving this way????
Thanks in advance.

Bug.

Sony knows.

Discovered shortly before DVDA 2.0a was released (I think), and didn't make it into that release.

A workaround exists in the meantime.

Thanks a LOT!!! I thought I was going crazy because DVDA also shows the file as MPEG1 despite the fact is MPEG2. As you know, some people reported the same problem...

Well, same thing here. This is what DVDA shows when you hit <properties> (I'm just going to paste the part where DVDA says it's an MPEG1 file):

General...etc...
Streams
Video: 00:37:41,793, 29.970 fps progressive, 720x480x32, MPEG-1

As you can see, the file is neither progressive, nor MPEG-1.

Thanks to you. dStro, the answer to this problem (BUG) is......
This is a known issue and we are working with MainConcept to resolve it. (This problem does not occur with .m2v rendered from Vegas.) To workaround, delete the .sfvx file associated with your .m2v each time before you open the project.

One more thing, files rendered as m2v with TMPGENC have no problems at all with DVDA.

Thanks again for your help!
