The program opens, but once I try to import the video media, it freezes then gives me an error messagecwith the option of sending a report or not. No specifics on what caused DVDA to freeze, just "This program has stopped working. Would you like to send an error report?"

I've installed & uninstalled the updated software 4 times and still no luck. It has worked properly up until a month ago when the trial ran out, so I bought the full version (which doesn't work).
