DVDA versus IMAC Player

One of my customers has reported that my DVDA created DVD-R causes his
IMAC DVD player to crash with a fatal error of some sort. I use Maxell Inkjet
Printable DVD-Rs. I checked the DVD on my Sony set-top DVD player before I
took it to the customer.

The DVD-R did sit in the back of my car (in DVD case) during a sunny afternoon.
The temperature in there could of been 110 degrees for a few hours and I wonder
if that might of had something to do with it. So I took a sacrificial DVD-R and put
it in front of a space heater for 10 minutes and then right under a heat lamp for 4.
I got the DVD-R so hot that it started warping and becoming concave. I pushed the
DVD-R back into a flat configuration as it cooled.

When I put it in my Sony DVD player it ran just fine. I am certain that the DVD spent
12 minutes significantly above the temperature it experienced in the back of my car
for three hours. This isn't a scientific experiment, obviously, but does anyone have
any ideas?

Has anyone used DVDA with an IMAC player? What are IMACs sensitive to?
