DVDit and Veg4 problem

I rendered a mpeg 2 eight minute video then while using DVDit PE to burn my DVD I get this message: "Video Picture Size Larger Then Buffer" I never got this before with Veg 3 what could be the problem?

Maybe the Bitrate is too high, try with 6000000
That may work.
