DVDs will not play in dvd player

I created dvds using DVDA. The dvds play on my computer, my dvd player and my xbox. The dvds will not play on my customers dvd player but will play on their laptop. I am using Pro 6, bite rate of {mbps) 5, frame rate 29.97, 16:9

Did you burn using DVDA? You could try just creating a DVD folder and burning with say ImgBurn.

What brand of disc? Verbatim and JVC/Taiyo Yuden are often recommended.

Use a re-writeable disc while experimenting to save burning too many duds.

Will the customer's DVD player play any recordable DVD (as distinct from commercial pressed DVD)?

Use only Verbatim or T-Y dvd blanks, and burn at a slightly lower speed if necessary.
If your customer owns a Curtis-Mathis player, encourage them to buy another brand.

Some DVD's will not play on older players for some reason..If it's a more recent player it should play all right.
