Echo Darla 24, Mac/PC Same Card?

I think I've found a good deal on a Darla 24/96 for the Mac. Does anyone know if the Darla PCI card is the same for the PC and Mac? I'm hoping to DL latest drivers and use it in my PC with Vegas 4. Thanks.

This card is for use on both pc and mac. It is a great card.
