I'm going to put together some gear to record demos for my band and like the features of the Edirol UA-1000. Should this unit work with Vegas 4.0?
Also, I'm going to get one all around mic and was thinking of the AKG C414 since I've used it before and found it good for everything from drum overhead to vocals. I was wondering if the "TL" version is worth the extra money as I've never heard one. Is it a bit brighter than the normal verison? Any comments would be appreciated.
